Waldemar Kohl
Founder & Principal Consultant
Waldemar Kohl has been coaching leaders and teams for over 15 years. He is the Founder/President of his consulting firm Kohl Consulting LLC, and is a Principal Consultant with Patrick Lencioni’s Table Group. Waldemar is a certified executive coach, leveraging Marshall Goldsmith’s stakeholder-centered approach. He has worked with thousands of leaders and 200+ leadership teams across all industries. The purpose of his business is to make organizations stronger and more productive and he does this by helping leaders master the disciplines of organizational health.
Previously, Waldemar was Vice President of Practice Management & Consulting at Fidelity Investments, and also served as Executive Director at USAA. Waldemar received his BSBA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Texas in San Antonio. Waldemar is an active volunteer at his children’s school, Portsmouth Christian Academy, including coaching basketball and working with the board of directors. He lives in Hampton, New Hampshire with his wife Ann. They have five children.
Dianna Mckeever
Administrative Assistant
Dianna Mckeever joined Kohl Consulting in February 2022, bringing with her an extensive background in administration, project management and customer service. Currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to Waldemar Kohl, Dianna works diligently to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the day to day business operations for team members and clients of Kohl Consulting.
Dianna currently lives in Colorado with her husband Chris and their three boys. One of her favorite things about living in Colorado is getting to see the sun just about every day of the year! Most weekends you will find her at a soccer field, baseball field or basketball court cheering on one of her guys. Dianna also serves as Director of Children’s Ministry at her local church, where she enjoys getting the opportunity each Sunday to fill the hearts of their youngest attenders.
Carol Rosa Sabia
Executive Coach
Carol Rosa Sabia has over 20 years of senior executive coaching expertise and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach. She is the co-founder of Sheerline Associates, a C-Suite Executive Coaching firm.
Carol applies best practices to help executives strengthen trust in their relationships and lead their teams and organizations in a healthier and more effective way. Her coaching process focuses on improving individual effectiveness to build and lead cohesive leadership teams and drive organizational clarity and results.
Carol has held senior executive positions including Honeywell Manufacturing Plant Manager and BBN Technologies Vice President of Talent. Carol has an MBA from Boston College, EdM from Harvard University, and BS from the University of Connecticut. She lives in Belmont, MA with her husband Russ and they have a daughter in college.
Ann Kohl
Personal Coach
Ann Kohl has been working with individuals, couples and families for over a decade, helping bring self-awareness and unique insights into personality and key relationships.
She is a certified Enneagram Coach and founder of Growing Wholly LLC. Ann has a deep passion for helping others work through conflict. She has a unique ability to create a safe atmosphere for discussion, integrating her deep understanding of people, relationship dynamics, and faith.
Prior to coaching and raising her five children, Ann served in the United States Army Nurse Corps. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and maintains her RN designation.
